Scanner Connection Guide
Connect your intraoral scanner directly to our lab for seamless digital case submission. We support direct connections with iTero and 3Shape TRIOS, plus file upload from any scanner including Medit, Carestream, and Planmeca. This guide covers setup instructions for each system to get your digital workflow running quickly.

FAQs
How do I connect iTero to your lab?
Log into MyiTero portal, navigate to Lab Management, search for our lab name, and send a connection request. We will accept within 24 hours and you can begin sending cases.
What is your 3Shape lab ID for Communicate?
Contact us for our 3Shape Communicate lab ID. Add us through the Communicate portal in your TRIOS software to enable direct case transfer.
Do you accept Medit scans?
Yes, we accept Medit scans via Medit Link connection or STL/PLY file upload through our portal. Both options provide full compatibility.
